Please tell us why you joined the company.

I am originally from Bangladesh. It has been my dream to study abroad in Japan since I was a child.
I came to Japan to study Japanese, and after that, an acquaintance introduced me to hydrangeas. The company president was very kind to me, and I started working at the Hydrangea facility while studying nursing care at Sano Junior College.
He graduated two years later and joined Hydrangea. I am filled with gratitude as I think that I am where I am today thanks to the support of many people.

When do you feel the joy and fulfillment of your work?

When I greet the customers, they cheerfully say, ``Are you here today? I'm looking forward to it.'' When I receive kind words, I feel brighter and feel more fulfilled.
I enjoy communicating and chatting with users. He teaches me things I don't know and things from the past, so I learn a lot from him.

Are there any difficulties or things you need to be careful about in your work?

Lately I've been working a lot of night shifts, but I try to be extra careful when making rounds to avoid any accidents.
When changing diapers, we carefully check the condition of the user's skin to make sure there are no changes in the sleeping user.
If there is a sudden change, we are ready to contact you immediately and ensure smooth emergency transportation.

Please give a message to those who are job hunting.

This is a workplace where you can be involved in nursing care work regardless of age, gender, experience, etc. I think I can get used to the workplace quickly because everyone supports me. There are many foreign employees, so don't worry.
The good thing about this is that even if you don't have nursing care qualifications or experience, you can move up the ranks while gaining experience in the workplace.
I am also studying every day to take on the challenge of becoming a certified care worker!
